Some of you have probably already ‘balik kampung’, or ran off for a local holiday earlier this week but just in case some of you are traveling today (14 February) and tomorrow, here’s a quick reminder to plan out your journey with some breaks to stretch the limbs. When traveling with children, it’s also a good idea to break the monotony of car travel while giving them a chance to take toilet breaks and release some pent-up energy.
Executives of Petronas Dagangan with celebrities and business partners at the Coffee Break launch.
This year, starting today, Petronas Dagangan Bhd has set up ‘coffee break’ stations at 141 of its Petronas service stations nationwide to offer complimentary hot coffee and snacks. There will also be complimentary health checks by St. John Ambulance of Malaysia at selected stations, as well as road safety advocacy programme by the Road Safety Department (JKJR).
Incidentally, there will be St. John ambulances stationed along the highways to provide emergency assistance to motorists. Petronas has sponsored fuel for 50 such ambulances (and this is the 25th year of sponsorship).
The Petronas Coffee Break will resume during the ‘balik kerja/sekolah’ period of 18 – 19 February 2018. This campaign is also supported by Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd, Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd, Julie’s Marketing Sdn Bhd, Mondelez Malaysia Sales Sdn Bhd, Munchworld Marketing Sdn Bhd, and Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Dunkin’ Donuts; the latter two of which are new additions.
