Perodua has launched its very own customer loyalty programme offering rewards for purchases of its products, services as well as participation in official Perodua events.
“This programme, which we named ‘UFirst: Perodua’s passport for brighter and better days’ aims to offer the best programme for our valued customers,” Perodua President & CEO, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said.
“The name UFirst represents our commitment in placing our customers’ needs first in our offerings and in building lasting relationships with them,” Aminar said.
Aminar said that to be a part of this programme, a customer must register at Perodua’s website for them to collect points which they could later redeem for goods, services and also be used to participate in our contests.
Membership is open to all Malaysian residents above 18 years of age, regardless whether they are owners of Perodua vehicles of not.
In September, Perodua will also launch a mobile app to complement the programme that would track points accumulated as well as alert users of offers, give motoring tips as well as a one-tap call for road side assistance.
Also, benefits included under the programme are free breakdown and emergency services; deals on Perodua sales and services; discounts; invitations to fun activities; vehicle maintenance tips; exclusive birthday vouchers and many more.
“The first activity we are planning for UFirst is an Adventure Quest drive to an agro farm in Kluang, Johor from 3 to 4 October. Participants will enjoy a package worth RM480 at minimum entry fee of RM108, and stand a chance to win cash prizes as well as many exciting gadgets. Members who register from 1 to 31 Aug will also enjoy an extra value of more than RM80 from our early bird package.” Aminar said.
