U.S. EV maker Mullen and Germany’s hofer powertrain are to develop electric drive systems for the complete electric powertrain of Mullen’s line-up of EV vehicles, including the Mullen FIVE EV Crossover, ONE EV Fleet Van and DragonFLY EV Sportscar.
hofer powertrain has been providing technologies and products to companies worldwide for over 40 years.
Mullen will debut to the world, for the first time, the FIVE EV Crossover on Nov. 17, 2021, at the Los Angeles International Auto Show (LAIAS).
Mullen will continue its momentum into 2022 by additionally displaying and showcasing the Mullen FIVE at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES 2022), taking place Jan. 5-8, 2022, in Las Vegas.
During both events, the EV maker will display multiple variants of the FIVE model while also showcasing powertrain, battery and charging partnerships.
Mullen has previously announced a definitive agreement to merge with Net Element.
