The Petronas Auto Expert service centre which has been developed by Petronas Lubricants Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PLMMSB) and launched last April is now seeing a rapid growth in numbers around the Klang Valley area as part of their development plan.
As of November 2019, there are now seven Petronas Auto Expert service centres which are operational. Phase One of this automotive project is mainly focused on the Klang Valley area and knowing how the giant brand works, it won’t be long before we see Petronas Auto Expert outlets scattered across the country to promote not only their great services but also their premium auto lubricant product, Petronas Syntium.
According to Muhammad Eezam Masripan, operator of three Petronas Auto Expert outlets, “Petronas has been very helpful in our long-term plans for the automotive service industry. Out sales have jumped by over 120% compared to before we shifted our service centre in Shah Alam to Petronas Auto Expert.”
“Feedbacks from customers old and new have indicated to us that this automotive service concept by Petronas can be competitive and has the potential to develop even further. We are very grateful with the cooperation and guidance given by Petronas in helping us grow,” added Muhammad Eezam.
Petronas has assured that each and every customer will be given full attention from the trained mechanics and experts which are experienced in everything related to automotive servicing from using high-tech equipment for vehicle diagnostics to basic servicing, checks, and everything in between.
