JAC Philippines will show off its new X100 light-duty truck at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) from April 7 to 10, 2022 at the World Trade Center.
The X100 is JAC’s newest light-duty truck and comes powered by a 1.8-liter turbodiesel mated to a 5-speed manual. The Euro 4 compliant engine uses Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) to minimize air pollution, while a 65-liter fuel tank makes it ideal for long-distance hauling.
Putting out 67 horsepower and 170 Nm of torque, the X100 can carry a payload of up to one-metric ton (1,000 kilograms). Meanwhile, its 2,600 mm wheelbase makes it perfect to accommodate a range of body styles such as a closed aluminum van or FB body.
The X100 also comes with car-like creature-comfort features such as flush-mounted headlights, power windows, power steering, and front air conditioning (rear air conditioning is standard).
The JAC X100 comes with a three-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty. As for its pricing, it starts at P 790,000 for the Cab & Chassis variant, while the FB Body comes in at P 899,000. A closed aluminum van will be made available soon.
The JAC Philippines exhibit will be located at the MIAS North Wing area which is dedicated to trucks and commercial vehicles.
