- Top left nut
- Bottom right nut
- Bottom left nut
- Top right nut
Tighten each nut using this pattern, repeating the pattern as needed until each lug is tightened correctly. This pattern will ensure you are tightening your wheels evenly and adequately.
5 lug wheels

If your wheels are in a 5 lug pattern, you are going to want to tight your wheels using this particular pattern:
- Top nut
- Bottom left nut
- Top right nut
- Top left nut
- Bottom right nut

6 lug wheels
Finally, if your wheels are a 6 lug pattern, you are going to want to utilize this pattern:
- Bottom nut
- Top nut
- Bottom right nut
