As each month goes by, more sporting events begin to fill the annual calendar and now the Extreme Festival is back at Killarney after a year. Join us on the 5th of March as we enjoy racing competition on two and four wheels.

South Africa’s premier motorsport series, the national championship Extreme Festival, is back and now with eased up Covid-19 protocol now allowing up to 2000 spectators (vaccinated or not). On track entertainment for the day includes races for the G&H Transport Extreme Supercars, GTC & Supa Cup cars, the CompCare Polo Cup, the Gazoo Racing SA Cup, Investchem Formula 1600’s and Formula Ford Kent single-seaters. If you prefer two wheels as opposed to four the competitive SunBet ZX-10R Masters Cup will also be taking place.

With family orientated amenities and shuttle services available at the event, kids can enjoy the famous Kiddies’ Korner free of charge while brick braai areas situated around the track will make it a perfect event to enjoy with friends. Alternatively the Trackside Pub & Grill, Joubert Pits Lounge, Wataburger and Hoosain’s provide a great atmosphere and better refreshments for all dietary needs.
Once the drivers have left their all on track, the SA Blues Society ‘Future Flow’ Tour will provide live music for all in attendance at the Clubhouse with Die Horries joining headliners Levinia on stage at the Clubhouse for an unforgettable evening.
Pre-book your spectator tickets via Computicket or pay at the gate – R100 for adults, R40 for scholars under 16 and free for children under 12; Western Province Motor Club members also get in free on production of their membership book at the gate.
While we are still living with the remnants of Covid-19, all competitors, crew members, officials and spectators will be screened on entry and are required to wear a mask covering both nose and mouth.
