Skoda is working on the new top-end version of the Kushaq, which will get sportier accents and dual-tone paint jobs
The all-new Kushaq has become the best-selling car from the brand in the Indian market. Skoda has denied bringing the sportier version of the Kushaq to the market to give it a push. The Kushaq Monte Carlo will follow the footsteps of the Rapid Monte Carlo and will offer a few visual changes.
According to Autocar India, the new Kushaq Monte Carlo will arrive in the Indian market in April. It will offer interesting colour options, which will make it stand out.
What are the changes in Kushaq Monte Carlo?
The new Kushaq Monte Carlo will attract a lot of enthusiasts
Just like all other Monte Carlo Editions from Skoda, the Kushaq will get a slew of visual changes. The pictures show that the new car will be available exclusively with the red and white shades. There will be a blacked-out treatment on all the chrome parts and badges.

The Kushaq Monte Carlo will also get new 17-inches alloy wheels. The design looks very similar to the previous-generation Octavia RS 245. There are Monte Carlo monikers all over the car as well.
Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo to get updated cabin
There will be changes inside the cabin including an all-digital instrument cluster
The cabin of the upcoming Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo will also get a slew of changes. The special edition will come with a fully-digital instrument cluster, which looks similar to the new Slavia.
The seats get a new dual-tone theme with Monte Carlo badges. The cabin gets red accents on the doors and the centre console.

The feature list will remain. It includes full-LED headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, auto-dimming mirror, tyre pressure monitoring system, ventilated front seats and more. Skoda has not added the panoramic sunroof to the car. It continues to get the single-pane sunroof.
Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo will not get any mechanical changes
The sportier top-end version of the Kushaq will get the Monte Carlo badge, confirms Autocar India
Skoda will not make any mechanical changes to the car. It will continue to offer the same set of engines available with the standard Kushaq. We will get to see a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder TSI engine that generates a maximum power of 115 PS and a peak torque of 178 Nm. The more powerful 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine generates a maximum power of 150 PS and peak torque of 250 Nm with the Skoda Kushaq.
Both the engine options get a six-speed manual as standard. The 1.0-litre engine gets a six-speed automatic transmission while the more powerful version gets the 7-speed DSG transmission.
