XUV700 is the most powerful car in the segment and generates a maximum power of 200 PS and a peak torque of 380 Nm. The turbocharged engine of the Mahindra XUV700 is one of the best petrol engines available in the market right now. It is also an automatic variant and gets a six-speed transmission.
Interestingly, Toyota also offers a 2.7-litre petrol engine with the Innova Crysta but it is not as popular as the diesel-powered variants.
Toyota Innova Vs Mahindra XUV700 Drag race
The Toyota Innova Crysta and Mahindra XUV700 start the drag race on an empty stripe of road. In the first round, the Mahindra XUV700 takes off the mark with quick acceleration and it leaves the Innova Crest behind by quite a distance. The XUV700 wins the race very comfortably.
In the second round, the Mahindra XUV700 owner turns on his traction control system. He also delays at the start to give an advantage to the Innova Crysta. We can see that the Innova Crysta got an advantage but soon the XUV700 took over and reached the finish line much earlier than the Toyota.

A fair drag race between the two cars would be between the lower-powered Mahindra XUV700 diesel or the higher powered Innova Crysta 2.8 diesel.
