The Yamaha MT-15, the least powerful contender of this drag race, uses a 155 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 4-valve, fuel-injected engine that produces about 18.5 PS of peak power at 10,000 rpm and 13.9 Nm of peak torque at 8,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox.
The Yamaha YZF-R15M uses a 155 cc, Liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 4-valve, fuel-injected engine. The unit paired to a six-speed gearbox produces about 18.4 PS of peak power at 10,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm.
