After increasing prices in Jan and Feb, Yamaha has once again revised prices across its product lineup
Yamaha bikes in India are all set to get more expensive following a significant price revision due to the rising input costs. Here is the new Yamaha motorcycles and scooters price list for the month of April 2022 that you should check out if you are planning to buy a new Yamaha two-wheeler in India.
Many of the bikes did not receive any price hike
The prices of the Yamaha motorcycles in India are up by Rs 1,500 to Rs 4,500 depending on the model and iteration that you choose thus resulting in a price hike of around 0.95% to 3.24%.
- The Yamaha R15S is now expensive by Rs 1,500 and is priced from Rs 1.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the standard iteration.
- Other bikes like the FZS-FI, FZS-FI Deluxe, and the FZ-X are now expensive by Rs 2,500 and are priced at Rs 1.18 lakh, Rs 1.21 lakh, and Rs 1.28 lakh respectively (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
The new price hikes comes after the brand announced that there was a significant rise in the input costs
The Yamaha R15 V4 on the other hand received a price hike of Rs 3,500 and the new Yamaha R15 V4 price in India starts from Rs 1.76 lakh for the Metallic red variant while the Dark Knight, Racing Blue, and Metallic Grey have priced at Rs 1.77 lakh, Rs 1.81 lakh, and Rs 1.86 lakh respectively.
It is however the FZ 25 and the FZS 25 that have received a maximum price hike of Rs 4,500 and are now priced from Rs 1.43 lakh and 1.47 lakh respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Yamaha Scooters are now in strong demand in the market
But it’s not just bikes, as Yamaha scooters too received a major price hike in the range of 1.89% and 2.27%. The Yamaha Fascino and the RayZR cost Rs 1,600 to save for a few variants like the RayZR Hybrid Disc – Monster.
The Yamaha Aerox 155 is now priced from Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) after a price hike of Rs 3,000. Other bikes like the FZ-FI, FZ 25 Monster, R15 V3 Grey/Red, R15 V3 Blue, R15 V3 Dark Knight, and the R15M V4 Monster did not receive any price hike.
