The newly launched scooter hasn’t received a lot of changes in terms of aesthetics, but it gets a revised front end to add a retro flavour. The rearview mirrors and exhaust have received some chrome treatment which helps to distinguish the XTEC variant from the rest.

The scooter also features a backrest to add a premium finish and justify the additional pricing.
The rest of the scooter hasn’t received any cosmetic updates and looks identical to the other Destini 125 variants. Last but not least, Hero has also added a new Nexus Blue colour scheme to keep things fresh.
The new variant gets a new Bluetooth connectivity feature
the user will also receive call and SMS alerts when they pair their smartphone with the console via Bluetooth
The Destini 125 XTEC gets a semi-digital instrument cluster with a different layout. The instrument cluster displays standard information, including a side-stand alert. Additionally, the user will also receive call and SMS alerts when they pair their smartphone with the console via Bluetooth as an additional advantage over the standard variant. Unfortunately, the scooter does not get navigation functionality which is a letdown.
