Bajaj Pulsar 125

The Bajaj Pulsar 125 is one of the most powerful motorcycles in the 125cc segment. It features a 124.4cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, two-valve, twin-spark, BS-Vi compliant DTS-I engine. The unit is paired to a five-speed gearbox that produces around 11.8 Ps of peak power at 8,500 rpm and 10.8 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm.
But this list contains four of the faster 125cc commuters available in the country
The motorcycle clocks a speedo indicated top speed of 118 km/h.
TVS Raider 125
The 125cc commuters have come a long way from being just mere fuel-efficient machines
The TVS Raider gets a long list of features and is the only bike to get a three-valve engine in this segment. The TVS Raider 125 uses a 124.8 cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air-oil cooled, spark-ignition engine. The unit paired to a five-speed gearbox produces around 11.38 PS of peak power at 7,500 rpm and 11.2 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm.
The Raider 125 is the only bike in this segment to offer two ride modes – ECO and Power with tailored power delivery. TVS Claims that the Raider 125 can clock a top speed of 99 km/h. But, the Raider reached a speedo indicated top speed of 116 km/h in this video.
KTM 125 Duke
There are plenty of options in the Indian market in the 125cc segment
TheKTM 125 Duke offers a range of premium hardware and perhaps the most advanced powertrain in this segment and produces the most power and torque. The KTM 125 Duke uses a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, four-valve, liquid-cooled, DOHC motor. The 125 Duke produces around 14.5 PS of peak power at 9250 rpm and 12 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm. The KTM 125 Duke is the only motorcycle apart from the RC 125 to feature a six-speed gearbox.
The KTM 125 Duke can reach a speedo indicated top speed of 117 km/h.
KTM RC 125
The KTM RC 125 is one of the most powerful 125cc motorcycles that offer balanced power and fuel efficiency
The KTM RC125 shares its powertrain with the 125 Duke. The RC 125 uses the same 124.7cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine, four-valve, DOHC engine. The unit paired with a six-speed gearbox produces around 14.5 ps of peak power at 9,250 rpm and 12 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm.
The KTM RC 125 can reach a speedometer indicated top speed of around 125 km/h.
