Royal Enfield motorcycles are popular amongst the bike modifiers of the country. They make bikes that are simple in construction, hence making them perfect donor bikes for various projects and can easily be transformed into different body styles.
We have featured a couple of custom bikes on our website earlier, and this latest custom chopper with wide 240mm rear tyres drew our attention.
This video by Youtuber King Indian shows us a custom chopper based on the RE Bullet 500 and explains the changes made to the motorcycle.
The custom chopper takes its inspiration from the Harley Davidson Night Rod. The elongated fuel tank, the bulky suspension setup, and the wide rear tyres are some of the design highlights of the bike.
The wide 240mm rear tyre has changed the overall appearance of this custom bike. The finished product looks quite premium because of its fit and finish and the black theme.
The bike maker explains that the rear suspension and wide front and rear rims are handmade. The bike also features a double-barrel aftermarket exhaust which replaced the stock cans. This bike even features a handmade frame that supports all the bodywork.
That’s not all. The chopper also gets a custom seat and a handmade fuel tank with a lot of interesting details and resembles the Harley Davidson Night Rod.

this type of customization work takes roughly about 4-5 months to complete.
The bike maker has also repositioned the footpegs and added a wider aftermarket handlebar, headlamp, and tyres at the front to give a proper Chopper finish.
This type of customization work takes roughly about 4-5 months to complete. The pricing of such bikes depends on the amount of detail that the customer/bike owner wants in their bikes. But, they roughly cost around Rs 2 lakhs.
