Royal Enfield has big surprises stored for their loyal fans in the coming months, the Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer has recently introduced the Himalayan-based Scrambler, Scram 411. They are also testing one of their most awaited models, the Hunter 350.
The upcoming Hunter 350 underpins the same J-series platform as the Classic and the Meteor 350, and it was already spotted testing numerous times earlier. However, these latest spy shots reveal some new changes on the upcoming RE bike.

The latest test mule featured rectangular-shaped side turn indicators that replaced the round units. The earlier test mules also flaunted split grab rails, whereas these test mules sported a single-piece grab rail unit. Lastly, they also rolled on new spoke wheels instead of alloy wheels.
We believe that there will be two different variants of the bike on offer. The wire-spoke wheels will be priced lower compared to the models featuring alloy wheels and tubeless tyres.
Expected Features and Powertrain Details
They already introduced the Scram 411 based on their adventure tourer Himalayan
The Hunter 350 will feature a twin-pod semi-digital and analogue instrument cluster (taken from the Scram 411), while the second unit is a tripper navigation display. The tripper display will most likely be offered as an optional accessory. The bike will also get a USB charger as standard.
The upcoming Hunter 350 will use the same J-series 349cc, single-cylinder engine that does duty on the Meteor and the Classic 350. The newly developed refined engine churns out about 20.2 Bhp of peak power and 27 Nm of peak torque while mated to a five-speed gearbox.
Launch Details and availability
There is no confirmation from the manufacturer’s end but expect the Hunter 350 to launch in India by 2022 end. The Hunter will be positioned below the Classic 350 and above the upcoming newBullet 350.
