The two aftermarket companies are geared to develop better suspension kits.
Acclaimed aftermarket companies Brabus and KW Automotive have partnered to develop new suspension components geared to offer a more refined drive. Brabus will work closely with KW Automotive in designing, calibrating, and testing suspension products that will be fitted on its tuned vehicles.
KW has been in the business for over 30 years and is regarded as a global leader in suspension systems. It has consistently produced groundbreaking solutions for the automotive industry, which is why Brabus decided to team up with them.
Both companies are determined to produce high-quality suspension systems that will enhance the performance of Brabus-tuned vehicles.

Among the current projects that Brabus and KW are working on is the semi-active RideControl suspensions for the Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
Brabus introduced a tuned Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon last year dubbed P 900 Rocket Edition One of Ten, which is equipped with RideControl aluminum coilover suspension system, a component that can adjust the vehicle's ride height by two inches. Brabus and KW aim to further enhance this suspension system, which is based on KW's solid piston shock absorber with adjustable electronic proportional valves.
Brabus also used KW suspensions for the 900 Crawler, described as an ultimate luxury off-road machine. The Brabus 900 Crawler is also the tuning company's first in-house developed vehicle.

It features a fully custom chassis as well as a Mercedes-AMG twin-turbo V8 engine that allows it to hit 62 mph in 3.4 seconds.
KW suspension systems are also found on other Brabus-tuned vehicles such as the Brabus 700 and 800, which are models based on the Mercedes-AMG G63. The list of Brabus vehicles with KW suspension also includes the 720 and 820 supercars based on the Porsche 911 Turbo.
Folks at KW Automotive have also developed a new coilover kit for a Porsche Carrera GT owned by former Formula 1 driver Nick Heidfeld. The kit offers multiple levels of adjustments, from near-stock tuning to comfortable to hard, which could give a more performance-oriented driving feel.
