That sonorous Raging Bull in all of its pure ICE, naturally aspirated V12 infamy will be no longer after the last Aventador. In order to commemorate this occasion, the Sant’Agata Bolognese automaker has honoured Bertone’s one-off Miura P400 Roadster.

Following the Felicity Ace disaster at the beginning of the year, Lamborghini recommenced production of their Aventador to fulfil those 15 lost models that have since sunk to the depths of the Atlantic.
This time around, the last Aventador model to ever be produced pays homage to the Miura since that ushered in the beginning of the illustrious mid-mounted V12 story for the Italian automaker. The Ultimae Roadster has been finished in similar trim to Bertone’s one-off Miura P400 Roadster.
Painted in the bespoke Azzuro Flake colour with Grigio Liqueo and Nero Aldebaran accents for the lower section of the body, the model is unquestionably linked to Bertone’s masterpiece that greeted the world for the first time in April of 1968 at the Brussels Auto Show. The Miura P400 Roadster never entered production so it is only fair that the final pure ICE V12 powered model to wear the Raging Bull picks up where it left off.

The inside follows the same thought process, where the Bianco Leda leather upholstery dominates the Nero Aldebaran accents around the headrests to the similar specification of the early one-off from over 50 years ago. For those that may be less adept to the illustrious history of the Sant’Agata Bolognese automaker, Miura badging has also been included both inside and out.
The running gear remains unchanged. The sonorous 6,5-litre V12 puts out 574 kW and can catapult the Italian weapon to 100 km/h from a standstill in 2,9 seconds before topping out at 355 km/h.
