Maruti could reportedly drop the JBL sound system and powered tailgate from the feature list as well.
Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the Invicto MPV on July 5. It is said that the MPV is likely to be offered only as a hybrid in top-spec trim. However, the latest reports suggest that it might miss out on a few advanced features currently available in the Innova Hycross.
It is said that the Maruti Invicto might not get Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This includes safety features like lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert and a pre-collision system.
In a bid to maintain a competitive price point, Maruti could reportedly drop the JBL sound system, powered tailgate, and memory function for the driver’s seat from the feature list as well.
The Maruti Invicto will use a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol strong-hybrid producing 183 BHP. The engine will be mated to an e-CVT. The MPV will not get a naturally aspirated petrol engine and manual gearbox option.
