Range Rover SV available for bookings in India
Land Rover had globally introduced the fifth generation Range Rover in October 2021 and started accepting orders for its flagship SUV in India a few weeks ago. And now, the SUV maker has started accepting bookings of Range Rover SV variant in the country. Range Rover SV is designed by Land Rover’s SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) division that makes bespoke and customized iterations of Land Rover SUVs, including Range Rover Sport. The new Range Rover SV features a handful of cosmetic changes as compared to the standard model and makes use of more premium material for the interior, including ceramic, wood veneers, super-soft leathers, and sustainable fabrics, etc. Range Rover SV model is available with a choice between standard colours from the regular Range Rover or 14 SV-specific colour options in gloss and satin finishes. Customers can also choose between SV Serenity and SV Intrepid interior themes.

The Range Rover SV is available in standard and long-wheelbase variants, the latter of which also gets four-seater option that has electrically deployable Club Table and integrated refrigerator. Besides a choice between several material options for the interior, the Range Rover SV also features tactile ceramic on the gear shifter, Terrain Response knob, and volume controls.
The SV model also comes with 13.1-inch rear entertainment screens in addition to provisions such as 13.1-inch curved Pivi Pro touchscreen, a 13.7-inch interactive driver’s display, active noise cancellation system, Meridian Signature sound system, adaptive cruise control with steering assist, and more.
Unlike the standard model that is available with three engine options, the Range Rover SV is available with a choice between two engines; the first is the 4.4-litre supercharged unit that makes 523 bhp with 750 Nm of peak torque while the other one is the 3.0-litre diesel engine making 346 bhp with 700 Nm of peak torque.
