The H850, a highly-tuned thoroughbred variant of the 2024 Mustang Dark Horse, is the most recent product from Hennessey Performance. In addition to being a supercharged stallion, it also features supporting modifications and a complete warranty.
Ford’s brand-new Mustang Dark Horse leaves the factory with a 5.0-litre Coyote V8 engine that produces 500hp. A Tremec six-speed manual gearbox or a Ford 10-speed automatic can be requested during purchase. The customer also receives large heart-stopping Brembo brakes in any configuration.
Standard Dark Horse
In addition to the supercharger, Hennessey has also upgraded the fuel pump, the fuel injectors, the high-flow intake system. In addition to that, the proprietary Hennessey Performance Engineering Engine Management software is used to optimise such physical modifications. The outcome? 850hp and 880Nm of torque.
To distinguish it from the crowd of Mustangs, the H850 gets some visual updates including forged aluminium wheels, a carbon fibre front splitter, side skirts, and a rear spoiler. The head restraints have “Hennessey” writing stitched on them to enhance the car’s appearance. The exterior also features the same script and the Hennessey H emblem.
Performance expectations for the H850 Mustang Dark Horse have not been disclosed by Hennessey, as well as the price. However, it has stated that the bundle will continue to include its standard warranty assurance. That also includes a limited warranty that is valid for three years or 57936km. The fourth quarter of this year will see the start of production.
