MOORESVILLE, N.C. – A pair of All Star Circuit of Champions sprint car features were run last week, making eight 410 sprint car races run so far this season.
Interestingly, there have been eight different winners.
While it will be several weeks before drivers begin acquiring enough starts for the National Sprint Car Rankings to be tallied, two of the seven regions have opened the season with points already being tallied for races in the Eastern and Western regions.
Though he is winless in five starts this season, Brent Marks leads the Eastern region, followed by Tyler Courtney and Cory Eliason, the two All Star winners at East Bay Raceway Park.
Garen Linder, one of three drivers to win at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in January, leads the Western region.
