The Citroen C5 Aircross has been with us since 2018, and while it is still considered a current model, the years are catching up with it. As a result, the French company has unveiled its restyling, which will surely help it restore power in the C-SUV market.
The SUV receives fresh visual make-up on the outside and inside, as well as a technology boost that, although not significant, makes the car look cooler. All of the modifications to the Citroen C5 Aircross 2022, which will be available in dealerships this summer, will be discussed.
Despite being “just” a restyling, the cosmetic alterations to the outside, particularly to the front, are striking. For the last 10 years, the French brand has been known for its split headlights, but the 2022 C5 Aircross has dispensed with them.
The illumination has been shifted to a spotlight, as shown in the photographs, entirely transforming the appearance of the automobile. The two chevrons that stretch over the grille include horizontal dotted lines that “connect” with the new daylight signature. As a result, replace the whole bumper.
The side’s primary lines haven’t changed, but new rim designs have been added, and the curve of the lighting has been somewhat altered in the back, but much less noticeably than in the front.
The cabin, for its part, has been updated to improve its aesthetic appeal. The digital instrument panel, as well as the steering wheel’s principal controls, are kept in good working order.
The changes are concentrated in the center section, where the infotainment screen has been expanded to 10 inches. When compared to the previous model, the central air vents have been moved, now being situated immediately below the screen instead of adjacent to it.
