TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the sole franchise holder for Renault vehicles in Malaysia, is offering even more affordability and practicality with the Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription Plan. This subscription plan presents a simple and convenient mobility solution for those who are hesitant about making long-term financial commitments or who are conscious about cost and spending after the Movement Control Order (MCO).
In a limited-time promotion, TCEC is offering customers more savings with a special monthly rate of RM599 for the first six months of the subscription. Subsequently, from month seven to 12, the monthly rate reverts to RM1,299.
You can secure a Captur for yourself under this pre-owned subscription plan by paying a booking fee of RM200 online via the Renault E-Store, between 17 April to 15 May 2020. The Renault E-Store is accessed through the Renault Malaysia website (www.renault.com.my).
All redemption for the Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription Plan, whether via Renault E-Store or Shopee, can be made from 15 May – 31 July 2020. Should you decide not to proceed with your subscription, or not redeem your subscription within the campaign period, your booking fee will be refunded within 60 days (a minimal RM5 administration fee applies).
Upon redemption, you will be required to pay the balance due for the first month’s fee after deduction of the RM200 booking fee as well as a security deposit of RM2,500. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the subscription, subject to the condition of the vehicle upon return.

Physical distancing will also continue to be important, so travelling in personal vehicles will likely be safer than public transportation. Complete Subscription Process via Renault E-Store and Stay Safe
Customers are encouraged to take advantage of the Renault E-Store to complete the entire process for their Pre-Owned Captur Subscription Plan online from the comfort of their own homes. From arranging for test drives to taking delivery of their vehicles, this first OEM-owned e-commerce platform allows every customer to stay safe, especially now with the current pandemic.
Once you decide on proceeding with your subscription, you only need to log back into Renault E-Store to upload your supporting documents and view your application status. You will be subsequently notified on your subscription approval by the Renault Digital Engagement Team within five days from application.
Once approved, you can also submit your security deposit and balance first-month fee payment, as well as manage your subsequent monthly payments via the E-Store.
Through the concierge service offering in Renault E-Store, customers in the Klang Valley can also request for free door-to-door delivery of their Subscribed Pre-Owned Captur so they can continue to stay safe at home. Deliveries will commence once MCO is lifted.
Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription is part of TCEC’s overall plan to expand the Renault Subscription offerings on top of the current Subscription Trial, Fixed and Switch plans.
