Hello everyone,
After finding the bike online, things moved quite rapidly.
This is how it went:
The bike was listed at Karad MH, 110 kms from where my parents live. As I am working in Hyderabad, I asked my father to check out the bike. First, my uncle living in Karad visited the seller with his trusted mechanic. All mechanical things were checked. Bike was is superb condition with zero scratches and everything as good as new. I had a discussion with the mechanic who gave go ahead if the seller agrees to certain price.
Next Sunday, my father visited and checked out the all documentation and the bike. We tried to negotiate but the seller was not ready to sell under 1.40L. Finally father quoted 1.30L and came home. (Which is a lot considering my initial budget of 90k-1L, but my father was very impressed with the condition of bike).
After 3 days, seller called and agreed to sell the bike at 1.32L. I was still unsure if I want to spend all my savings and some more to get this one, Or should I wait for another bike. I went through OLX again and prices listed there was cleared one thing- I am not getting anything even from 2020 in good condition below 1.2L.
Also, my father loved the bike, especially the Thunder Grey color, and my brother was actively pushing me to go ahead with the purchase telling me I will never find any used bike with 4500kms on ODO. Finally I decided to take the leap of faith.
After 2-3 days confusion, on the Friday, my father went to Karad with helmet and raincoat and finalized the deal. Brother joined him from Kolhapur (where he lives). I sent money to the seller (with some “HELP” from my friends) and we got possession of the bike. Both rode the bike back home on same afternoon.

Initial impressions- Everyone is praising how good the looks are and attention she gets on the road. Everything is good as new. She has the legendary R15 handling and that smooth engine. Not everyone loves the riding position though!!
Father took her to work next day and immediately complained about the comfort (lack of it!!).
As for now, I am still in Hyderabad and waiting for opportunity to go home and ride. So I will reserve my impressions till then.
