The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross made its global debut at the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show. It appears that the Japanese debut will happen in the coming months, thanks to this leaked brochure.
The source added that the Japanese version of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross will be announced by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation in December, before going on sale in early 2018. Europeans can expect to see the new Eclipse Cross first, followed by other regions, including Australia and North America.
Mitsubishi says that the Eclipse Cross is an all-new compact SUV that will join the ASX and Outlander in the company’s portfolio. Coming in at 4,405 mm long, 1,805 mm tall and 1,685 mm wide, the new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is 110 mm longer, 35 mm higher and 70 mm wider than the Mitsubishi ASX. The 2,670 mm wheelbase is identical for both models.
