Two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp recently announced that it will increase prices of it scooters and motorcycles with effective from today, 3 July, 2023. There will be approximately 1.5 per cent increment in the prices of the two-wheelers, but it will vary depending on the model.

According to the bike maker, the upward price revision is a part of price review that it carries out time to time, considering factors, such as price positioning, input cost, and business imperatives. The brand has also said that top minimise the impact of the price hike it will continue to offer various financing programs. With the arrival of monsoon in the country and overall indicators bode well for growth in demand, Hero MotoCorp expects its sales to grow.

Currently, the bike maker’s line-up in India comprises various scooters and motorcycles. Its scooter range includes the Xoom, Pleasure+ XTEC, Destini 125 XTEC, and Maestro Edge 125. Whereas, the motorcycle line-up comprises Splendor+, Splendor+ XTEC, HF Deluxe, HF 100, Passion+, Super Spendor XTEC, Glamour XTEC, Passion XTEC, Super Splendor, Glamour, Glamour Canvas, Xtreme 160R 2V, XPulse 200 4V, XPusle 200T 4V, Xtreme 200S, and the newly launched Xtreme 160R 4V.

The two-wheeler manufacturer is ready to launch new motorcycles, including the all-new Karizma XMR in India in the coming months. It is also developing a TVS Raider rival, which was recently spotted testing for the first time. It is also developing several new scooters for the market.
