The first images of the upcoming BMW i4 have been revealed at BMW’s Group Annual Conference. The fully electric 4 door Gran Coupé will enter the market during the course of 2021, including a BMW M Performance model.
The BMW i4 model line will be available in different versions covering ranges of up to 590km (WLTP) and up to 300 miles (EPA). With a power output of up to 390kW / 530HP the BMW i4 can accelerate from zero to 100km/h in around 4 seconds.

Meanwhile, at the Group Annual Conference, BMW announced that MINI will become a fully electric brand by the early 2030s. It will be introducing its very last new combustion engine model as early as 2025 and launch only fully electric models from that point onwards.
Oliver Zipse, Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG, in Munich, says: “We have a clear roadmap for making the transformation of our industry a real competitive advantage for BMW in the coming years: uncompromisingly electric, digital and circular.”
The company says deliveries of fully electric models to grow by well over 50 percent annually on average by 2025.
