You can also drive around in Ken's custom Hummer EV.
Forza has added two new cars to the Horizon 5 roster, and they're rather unusual. To celebrate the forthcoming live-action Barbie movie, the Horizon Festival has gifted all players two fun and exciting cars from the film. Players can already redeem Barbie's 1956 Chevrolet Corvette EV and Ken's 2022 GMC Hummer EV Pickup.
These cars are entirely free, and all players need to do is head over to their Message Center to gain access to these movie cars. The Corvette Convertible is the classic Barbie car. Finished in bright pink, the beloved fashion doll's 'Vette has been converted into an electric vehicle, giving it the power it needs to explore Mexico at high speeds.
With a loose rear end, you can pull off epic tailslides and smokey drifts. If it's not to your liking, gamers will be pleased to know Horizon 5 offers a wide array of Corvette vehicles, including the classic '53 Corvette and '60 Corvette.

The Corvette is arguably more fun to look at than the Hummer, which feels a touch lazy. The massive electric truck gets silver paintwork with blue and purple lightning graphics adorning the sides of the vehicle. Happily, this is customizable, and if you feel the need to color-match the Hummer to the Corvette, you can do so in the paint shop.
Last month, Forza added the standard Hummer EV Pickup to the game as part of the “Explore the Horizon” series update. This new series also introduced the 1986 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat, 1972 Chevrolet K-10 Custom, and the 2019 DeBerti Ford Super Duty F-250 Lariat 'Transformer.'
Horizon 5 will also host a contest themed around the exciting world of Barbie. Take a unique photo or build an EventLab, share your Barbie-themed content on Twitter or Instagram before July 14, include the #FH5BarbieMovie hashtag, and you stand the chance of winning a Barbie prize pack.

Barbie will hit theaters on July 21. The new movie stars Margot Robbie as the titular lead and Ryan Gosling as her blonde-haired beau.
We never thought we'd see this FH5 X Barbie collaboration, but we're glad to see the racing game not taking itself so seriously. This may provide Horizon 5 with widespread appeal, attracting players who previously wouldn't consider the game.
It's also great to see Forza adding more cars to the game. Last year, multiple players were disappointed that very few new vehicles were being introduced. This year, the developers have outdone themselves. Recently, the new Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series was added. Earlier updates include the “High Performance” series, which included the Huracan STO and Audi RS6 Avant, as well as the “Midnight at Horizon,” which brought the Rimac Nevera, Lexus LC Coupe, and a pair of Cadillac Blackwings.
