Audi has launched the world’s first fully electric seven-seater SUV. In China, the new Audi Q5 e-tron has made a name for itself as a more luxury and sophisticated alternative to the Volkswagen ID.6. It will be offered solely in China and will be backed by the MEB platform.

The motorization with 83.4 kWh battery and rear-wheel drive with 150 kW will surely be the most fascinating variant (204 hp). The most efficient option is a vehicle with the aforementioned batteries and all-wheel drive, due to the inclusion of a motor in the front axle. It generates 225 kW of electricity (306 CV).
The technological interior of the new Audi Q5 e-tron

Audi debuted the Audi Concept Shanghai in a low-key manner at the Shanghai Auto Show in mid-April 2021. The Audi Q5 E-Tron will be the name of the production car, and it will only be sold in China. For the first time, the MEB-based electric SUV has been pictured.
