Audi has emboldened its A4 and S4 sedan model’s appeal by debuting the Black Edition offshoots, which offers greater visual appeal and improved convenience features.

Only 100 examples of Audi’s special edition A4 model will be imported to South Africa. Audi will offer this package as an option for the A4 35 TFSI, 35 TDI, and 40 TFSI models, as well as the S4 model. The A4 configuration is characterised by features such as black badging, an S-Line exterior and interior package, Nappa leather, matrix headlights, privacy glass, 19-inch alloy wheels, a glass sunroof, a storage and luggage package, Audi’s Technology package (includes MMI navigation and Audi Connect), three-zone automatic air-conditioning, electrically adjustable front seats, Audi’s virtual cockpit plus, a rear-view camera and an inductive phone charger.

In addition to the features offered in the A4 variant, the S4 Black Edition is equipped with a Bang & Olufsen Premium sound system, Audi’s sport seats (with diamond quilting and electric adjustment), a carbon boot spoiler, pneumatically adjustable lumbar support (includes massage function for front seats) and seat heating function. In 2024, Audi promises to expand the special edition range, which, going forward, will include the Q2, A3, S3, A5, S5, Q3 (SUV and Sportback) and the Q5 SUV and Sportback. Audi will also offer the Urban Edition for the A3 Sportback 35 TFSI and Q2 35 TFSI.
