Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has released its latest and loudest range for those who appreciate a tune or two while driving – the Volkswagen ‘Sound & Style’ range. This range comes with accessories worth up to RM16,000 (depending on model) for the Volkswagen Golf R-Line, Passat Comfortline, Passat Highline and Tiguan Highline.

The Passat Comfortline Sound & Style variant comes with a HELIX 300W Soundbar, aluminium sports pedals, aluminium side scuff plates, 18” Dartford alloy wheels and VW Tint, worth a total of RM12,000.
The Passat Comfortline is powered by a 1.8L turbocharged TSI engine and paired with a 7-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG) with Sport mode. Output is 180 PS and 250 Nm of torque between 1,250 to 5,000 rpm.
Passat Highline ‘Sound & Style’ (RM211,390)
Available Colours: Deep Black, Manganese Grey, Pure White, Reflex Silver
The Passat Highline Sound & Style variant has a HELIX 300W Soundbar, aluminium sports pedals, aluminium side scuff plates, 19” Verona alloy wheels and VW Tint, worth RM16,000.
The Passat Highline has a 2.0L turbocharged TSI engine with 6-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG), with an output of 220 PS and 350 Nm of torque between 1,500 to 4,400 rpm. Official fuel consumption is approximately 6.2 litres per 100 km.
Tiguan Highline ‘Sound & Style’ (RM174,990)

The Tiguan Sound & Style is fitted with the HELIX 300W Soundbar, chrome trunk garnish, chrome exhaust tips, rear black spoiler and VW Tint, totalling RM9,000.
This SUV uses a 1.4L turbocharged direct injection TSI engine with a 6-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG) with Sport mode. Maximum output is 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque between 1,500 to 3,500 rpm, and 0 – 100 km/h acceleration time is 8.9 seconds. The Tiguan is Volkswagen’s most successful SUV with over 2.8 million units sold globally.
Golf R-Line ‘Sound & Style’ (RM177,390)
Available colours: Atlantic Blue, Deep Black, Indium Grey, Pure White, White Silver Metallic and Turmeric Yellow.
The Golf R-Line Sound & Style comes with a HELIX 300W Soundbar and VW Tint with total worth of RM4,000.
The 1.4L TSI turbocharged engine is paired with a 7-speed dry clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG). The Golf R-Line is also equipped with 7 airbags and a host of advanced safety features such as Manoeuvre Braking, Automatic Post Collision Brake System, Rest Assist, Proactive Occupant Protection System and Advanced Electronic Differential Lock.
