Volkswagen Group Singapore has re-launched two apps for Volkswagen and Skoda owners for improved vehicle co-management and personalised promotions.
The newly-updated Volkswagen Life and Skoda Smart apps have undergone a full redevelopment and now feature a new design and range of features meant to enhance the ownership experience for Volkswagen and Skoda owners. Both apps are now available to be downloaded for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The new apps provide both primary and secondary owners with a new streamlined way to schedule services, utilise service credits, and redeem vouchers through a single shared account. Vehicle owners can register their vehicle model to unlock access to service credits and appointment bookings. The apps also allow for automated reminders for essential service reminders, inspections, or insurance renewals. Through the apps, owners are also able to have a smoother service centre experience by using a QR code upon arrival to expedite the check-in process.
App users will also receive personalised offers, vouchers, and aftersales packages specific to their vehicles. Service vouchers can then be redeemed through the app. Volkswagen Group Singapore are also offering a 10% discount on aftersales accessories or services to new app users.
In addition to the new apps, Volkswagen Group Singapore is offering a series of year-end service promotions to Volkswagen, Skoda, SEAT, and CUPRA owners. These promotions include discounts on full car resprays, grooming packages, pre-roadtrip vehicle checks, and extended roadside assistance programmes.
