Subaru aftersales operations in Motor Image Johor Bahru will also resume on 8 May 2020 (Friday), with limited operating hours. Four other Motor Image centres have already restarted operations earlier on 27 April.

Motor Image Johor Bahru is located at No. 3, Jalan Johor Jaya, Taman Perindustrian Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor and its operating hours are: Mon – Fri (8 am – 4.30 pm); Sat (9 am – 1 pm). The service centre contact is 07 – 3555 552.

Enhanced Safety Measures

As part of the requirements by the authorities, Subaru customers are not able to wait at the service centres. Customers are advised to send in their vehicles and pick them up after the service job is completed. Customers are also strongly encouraged to not bring their children along. All customer vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised before and after each job.

Visitors must provide their details upon entry to facilitate contact tracing. Those with body temperatures of 37.5 °C  and above will not be allowed to enter.

To ensure the safety of its customers, TC Subaru is also introducing a ‘test drive at home’ initiative. Upon request, its sales consultants can now bring the customer’s Subaru of choice to his or her home. This allows the customers to experience the vehicle, while practicing social distancing.

All vehicles are thoroughly sanitised before and after each test drive, and sales consultants are equipped with hand sanitisers and face masks. The health and safety of its customers and staff is TC Subaru’s utmost priority in the country’s fight against COVID-19.
