During this campaign, those who purchase a new Subaru will receive products, services and rebates worth up to RM20,000. Peace of Mind Campaign For Subaru Forester And XV
TC Subaru’s Peace of Mind campaign enables Subaru customers and new car buyers looking to purchase a brand new Forester or XV to do so from the comfort of their homes. This is a convenient alternative to visiting a Subaru showroom.
On request, Subaru sales consultants can bring the customer’s Subaru of choice to his or her home, or preferred location, for a test drive. This allows you to experience the vehicle and drive. Further, the sales consultants are equipped with hand sanitisers as well as face masks and shields as part of the safety protocol.
To confirm the purchase, all you need to do is to fill out the Online Booking form for the Forester or XV and secure it with a booking fee payment of just RM188. A Subaru sales consultant will finalise the booking and registration for the selected Subaru model within five working days.
Every new Forester and XV sold under the Peace of Mind campaign is also entitled to:
- A complimentary Subaru Eco Sterilising In-Cabin 3D Spray Service worth RM1,500 that removes up to 99% of harmful bacteria and viruses, and
- Five-year comprehensive warranty
Test Drive At Home
All vehicles are thoroughly sanitised before and after test drives. A strict protocol is in place to clean all touch points including centre armrests, door handles, gear knobs, etc. Moreover, the sales consultants are required to wear masks and use sanitisers. Temperature checks are also done upon them coming to work, and two more times during the day.
Keeping Customers Safe At Subaru Showrooms And Service Centres
In line with Subaru’s focus on safety, the company has implemented stringent protocols at its showrooms and service centres for the well-being and peace of mind of customers.
The company employs enhanced cleaning and safe distancing measures in all its work areas as protocol. TC Subaru’s stringent protocols includes advising any staff who has a temperature or any respiratory symptoms to leave the work area and see a doctor. Similarly, customers or visitors with body temperatures of 37.5°C and above will not be able to enter the premises.
All visitors must also provide contact details to facilitate contact tracing. Those visiting showrooms or service centres are advised to download and use the MySejahtera app for contact tracing purposes.
Vehicles undergoing servicing will be thoroughly sanitised before and after each service job. Customers are encouraged to use cashless payment options to further minimise physical contact.
As part of the Subaru’s commitment to safety, anyone who visits any Subaru showroom in Malaysia for a test drive will be given a complimentary bottle of Eco Sterilising Spray for their hands or vehicles.
