Perth County provincial police charged a Stratford tractor driver after a vehicle collided with a hydro pole to avoid a turning tractor in Perth East last week.
Police said officers responded to the collision on Perth Line 36 at around 7:30 a.m. April 18.
Police said a passenger vehicle was attempting to pass a farm tractor when the driver of the tractor tried to turn into a driveway. The vehicle managed to avoid the turning tractor but instead struck a hydro pole.
No one was injured as a result of the collision.
Police ticketed the 34-year-old Stratford tractor driver with performing an unsafe turn.
