But when do features cross the line between fun and distracting? Ford will not allow access to video games while the truck is in motion after the dangerous Tesla debacle. The goal is to pass the time and provide some entertainment.

The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning video games are pre-loaded to the system. You can access them with the gigantic 15.5-inch vertical infotainment screen. So far, the rotary dial might be the only physical control.
