The Peugeot Rifter’s 130 horsepower diesel engine
In the Rifter series, Peugeot only offers two diesel engines. The decaffeinated option produces 100 CV, whilst the performance version produces 130 CV. The new features are only applicable to the most powerful diesel engine. A 1.5-liter BlueHDi engine produces 130 horsepower and 300 Nm of maximum torque under the hood. A block that may now be combined with a front-wheel drive system and a six-speed EAT6 automatic transmission.
This four-cylinder engine is also available with a six-speed manual gearbox. It has the DGT’s (General Directorate of Traffic) environmental label C since it is not electrified in any way.
