The workshop has advanced diagnostic tools an Special Set Tools (SST) to ensure proper servicing and repairs; it also holds an inventory of parts.

The Mitsubishi brand now has 54 showrooms (48 of which are 3S) and 55 service outlets in Malaysia. Out of this, 15 showrooms are in East Malaysia – 7 in Sarawak, 8 in Sabah.
