A way of spicing up this already awesome sedan.
The already awesome Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is getting three new special edition packages: Impact Edition (production code ZLJ), Arrival Edition (production code ZKL), and Elevation Edition (production code ZLR), according to GM Authority.
These new packages follow the Cadillac CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwing update, which was rolled out earlier this year. To joggle your memories, pricing was bumped up a smidge along with additional color options and a new Anniversary grille.
For the Impact Edition, the CT4-V Blackwing gets exclusive access to the Black Raven exterior color option. Meanwhile, the Arrival Edition will be clad in Mercury Silver Metallic, while the Elevation Edition gets the Velocity Red paint job.

Besides the unique colors, all three will get similar exterior pieces including two carbon fiber packages, a decal package, black-colored locks and lug nuts, red-colored brake calipers, and front sill plate door covers. Of note, Cadillac has yet to release images of these upcoming aesthetic alterations.
The interiors also get some new options, such as a suede headliner, a “performance” steering wheel, and the optional jet-black interior with Adrenaline Red or Sky Cool accents.
These yet-to-be-released special edition packages for the CT4-V Blackwing feel similar to the three track editions unveiled in 2022. Those packages didn't come with tangible performance benefits to the sedan; though they add a bit of exclusivity with only 99 examples made for each.

That said, the CT4-V Blackwing retains the current twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6 that makes 472 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque, sent to its rear wheels via a 10-speed automatic or a six-speed manual gearbox.
We have yet to know whether the upcoming special edition packages will be limited in numbers. The report likewise didn't state when these packages will be available to order.
Meanwhile, Cadillac is working on an upcoming update for the CT4-V. Clues for this were pointed out by the fact that the brand filed a patent for a full-width taillight bar, so that's another thing to look forward to. Let's just hope a new Blackwing is also in the works.
