Audi’s decision to discontinue the R8 from their lineup hasn’t stopped tuners from continuing to tinker with this beloved sports car. One such tuner, VF Engineering, has now stepped up to the plate to bid the Audi R8 a proper farewell with their latest creation.

VF Engineering has developed a remarkable bolt-on supercharger kit specifically designed for the Audi R8. This exciting upgrade presents a golden opportunity for those who missed out on the 2023 R8 GT RWD, which already held the title of Audi’s most powerful rear-wheel drive vehicle, boasting an impressive 456 kW and 565 N.m of torque. With a top speed of 320 km/h and a blistering 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 3.4 seconds, the R8 GT RWD certainly commanded attention. However, VF Engineering is now taking these already impressive numbers to unprecedented heights.

This American tuning company has ensured that its kit is compatible with various R8 models, including the standard R8 V10, R8 V10 RWS, and R8 V10 Plus, across different specifications worldwide. The heart of their system lies in the Eaton TVS2300 supercharger, which is accompanied by an air-water after-cooling system.
The best part? This upgrade requires no further hardware modifications to the 5.2-litre V10 engine, making it entirely reversible. When fueled with 91 octane fuel, the bolt-on supercharger kit delivers an astonishing output of 618 kW of power and 847 N.m of torque.
