All black, and ready to scare the neighbors.
Handmade builds, especially unique ones, always pique our interest. We've seen quite a few before, such as the one-off Koenigsegg prototype with a Subaru-developed engine and that cute but cool Porsche 356-inspired electric car built in the Netherlands. More attention goes to the wilder ones, of course, like the Cyberpunk Mazda Miata.
But this Ford Capri build in Germany could be the best handmade car we've seen to date. Featured by car vlogger John Ludwick on YouTube, the so-called European Mustang gets a tasteful restoration and modification to become a sinister-looking machine.
Made by German-based company Holyhall, the Capri looks like the love child of the classic Batmobile and Robert Pattinson's Batmobile muscle car. It also gets all the trappings of a typical Group 5 car, such as the huge rear wing and diffuser, as well as the angular front end, but with an all-black paint job instead of a myriad of decals.
The Holyhall guys also opted for a clean, all-steel look for the car's interior that's reminiscent of the Tesla Cybertruck. Even the bucket seat is made out of metal. However, the dash has a digital gauge cluster, while the chunky center console comes with a sequential shifter with a custom-made lever.

The video above allowed us to see it travel under its own power for the first time. Like fresh new builds though, the builder merely moved it forward a few feet, then in reverse. But even at idle this thing sounds great. No engine specs were mentioned in the video, but if you watch older videos from the German builder group, the Capri build seems to be using an LS engine.
Apart from the Batmobile-styled Capri, Holyhall also has other nice builds in its shop. An unassumingly adorable but modified Trabant appeared in the video, as well as a mint BMW 2002 with a fully restored body.
