Last week the Hoonigan himself, Ken Block, and Ford surprisingly announced that they will be parting ways.
The announcement followed the successful web-series of challenges Hoonigan vs The World, which pitted the 1,400hp 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR V2 against the quickest cars on the market.
It puts an end to a decade-long partnership that has placed fast Fords in the YouTube dreams of the younger generation and spiked demand for Fords like the Fiesta, Focus, and their ST variants.
Nearly half a billion YouTube views will have that brand effect.
While the Hoonicorn is the most memorable car out of the Hoonigan Racing Division crew, because of its streaming escapades on YouTube and Amazon Prime, Block has an impressive list of fast Fords that he’s collected either as racecars or for his personal collection.
