Fleetwood Cadillac Models & History 1973
The long-wheelbase, high-dollar Fleetwoods were immense automobiles with low-cut, extra-large, rounded corner side window treatments and rather large “Coach windows” cut into the rear roof pillar. Fleetwoods had the annual Cadillac styling changes plus thin, horizontal body side moldings; front fender nameplates; full-length body underscores with rear extensions and Fleetwood style laurel wreath badge ornamentation. Equipment inclusions were carpeted foot rests; fixed ratio power steering; rear seat window defogger; Automatic Climate Control and righthand outside rear view mirrors operated by remote control. Bumper impact strips were standard on Seventy-Fives, optional on other Cadillacs.
