Jaguar is commemorating the end of the F-TYPE with a special Jaguar F-TYPE 75 and F-TYPE R 75. The models are said to celebrate the firm’s 75-year history with sports cars.
JAGUAR F-TYPE 75: A FINAL HURRAH
The F-TYPE 75 and F-TYPE R 75 are both powered by the firm’s supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine, developing 444bhp and 567bhp respectively.
Both models will be available in both coupe and convertible body styles.
The 567bhp variant meanwhile, will deliver a total of 700Nm of torque. It will also come with all-wheel-drive as standard, allowing you to sprint to 96km/h in just 3.5 seconds.
The Jaguar F-TYPE R 75 gets quad tailpipes with a subtle etched R branding.
Both models additionally feature a rear electronic active differential to optimise traction.
BEAST OF THE NIGHT
Both the F-TYPE 75 and F-TYPE R 75 set themselves apart from the regular F-TYPE with an overall more discreet look.
To this effect, the wheel centres and badging on the grille are in black instead of red. The R and R-Dynamic badge accent colours are also now black and grey instead of red and green.
Lightweight slimline seats feature in both special edition cars.
The Jaguar F-TYPE 75 and F-TYPE R 75 are further distinguished by their gloss black, five-spoke- and gloss black diamond-turned 10-spoke rims respectively.
Both cars also get quad, outboard exhausts, although those on the F-TYPE R 75 will feature subtle etched R branding.
In the cabin, both cars will get Jaguar’s Lightweight slimline seats in the Performance design, upholstered in Windsor leather. An Ebony Suedecloth headliner will also further enrich the interior.

But there’s more than cosmetic changes for the Jaguar F-TYPE 75 and F-TYPE R 75.
MORE AGILE THAN EVER
Under that bodywork, the suspension of both cars have been upgraded with aluminium rear knuckles, alongside larger wheel bearings, which Jaguar claim allow control of the tyre contact patch and improved steering feel.
The F-TYPE R 75 also gets revised upper ball joints which significantly increase camber and toe stiffness.
Rounding off the suspension upgrades for both the F-TYPE 75 and F-TYPE R 75 is Jaguar’s Adaptive Dynamics continuously-variable damping system.
Customer deliveries of the special edition cars will begin from January 2023.
