2022 Porsche Panamera Turbo GT: what is it?
Porsche has been spotted testing another Panamera, the time at The Ring. It's unclear exactly what's going on, but the most likely outcome is that the Panamera will get a final facelift before it's replaced by a fully electric model next time around.
Part of this facelift would see an all-new interior design already seen in Cayenne mules spied testing, plus possibly a range-topping Turbo GT like the Cayenne Turbo GT recently launched.
Here we can see a new front and rear bumper design and a new air intake at the front. A Turbo GT Panamera would also get numerous chassis options as standard to make it the best-driving Panamera ever.
2022 Porsche Panamera Turbo GT: what is it powered by?
The Turbo GT Panamera would likely get the same 640hp twin-turbo V8 petrol engine found in the Cayenne Turbo GT. That car cracks 0-62mph in 3.3 seconds and tops out at 186mph.
2022 Porsche Panamera Turbo GT: when will it be on sale?
It's unclear whether or not Porsche will launch a Turbo GT Panamera as part of this facelift or not. If not, it could come towards the end of 2021, but if included in the refresh, 2022 is more likely.
2022 Porsche Panamera Turbo GT: how much will it cost?
The current Panamera starts at just under £71,000 but tops out at around £145,000. The Turbo GT would be right at the top of the range, so around £150,000 to own one would be a good guess.
