The drivers were arrested for reckless driving and driving under the influence.
Two drivers were arrested in Denver Thursday night after allegedly street racing and crashing their Lamborghini Huracáns while under the influence, Fox 31 reports.
Fox 31 managed to get ahold of the arrest affidavit, which states both drivers were stopped at North Speer Boulevard in central Denver at around 10:00 p.m. and began to street race each other when the light turned green. At least one car lost control, causing them to make contact with each other before striking a third vehicle.
One Huracán caught fire as a result of the crash, though luckily the incident occurred directly in front of the Denver Fire Department’s Station 1, where firefighters had just finished watching the Broncos game, Fox 31 reports. No injuries have been reported.
Hunter Hinson, 28, and Alexis Doyal, 32, were arrested for reckless driving, speed exhibition, and driving under the influence of drugs. Hinson was also charged for prohibited use of a weapon under the influence, as he allegedly had a handgun sitting on the floorboard of the car. Doyal was additionally charged for failure to display proof of insurance.
