Only 110 examples will be produced, but more than 500 trillion combinations you can choose from.
To celebrate 110 years in the car-making business, Aston Martin just revealed the ultra-limited Valour. This V12-powered masterpiece is the true swansong of the brand's twelve-cylinder offerings. The automaker has launched the configurator for this rare motorcar, giving fans a chance to spec a car they're unlikely to ever own.
There are several ways to customize the exterior of the Valour. Let's start with color. As with the rest of the brand's offerings, paint options are separated into several categories. Given that the company's past inspired the Valour, we're going for a classic hue called 1959 Racing Green, but you can choose dozens of other options (58 of them), from something conservative like China Grey to a more extroverted shade like Digital Violet. Andromeda Red (second frame below) is particularly alluring as an iridescent hue that looks purple from some angles, bronze from others, and black when the light is low.

As for Exterior Packages, customers are offered Gloss Black, Gloss Carbon Fiber, or Satin Carbon Fiber for both the lower trim pieces and upper body trim, the latter also having a body-color finish if you don't want the rear louvers in darkened format. These options also extend to the Side Fender Vent designs.
The Exterior Brightwork can be had in either a traditional chrome finish or a sportier, blacked-out look, and buyers are left with just as little choice when it comes to the wheels, with just a single wheel design; the intricate 21-inch alloy is offered in three colors: Gloss Silver, Satin Black, and Satin Black Diamond Turned.
Finally, the lucky 110 customers of the Valour can specify their brake calipers in six colors, including black, red, orange, yellow, and green. On a car like the Valour, we would've thought Aston Martin would open up a world of options for something as simple as the calipers.

The interior is where you will find greater customization. Before you get to decide on your chosen color and upholstery, buyers have to select a seat design. Sport Plus appears more comfortable, while the Carbon Fiber Performance seats will likely appeal to keen drivers.
Once you've narrowed that down, Aston Martin offers regular leather or ultra-plush Semi-Aniline hide with Alcantara inserts. Regardless of your seat or upholstery choice, Onyx Black is the only primary color choice. The cabin can be brightened up with a more vivid secondary color, but be warned: opting for the Semi-Aniline/Alcantara materials limits your choices to just five finishes.
Go for leather, and you're provided with a kaleidoscope of shades, including Californian Poppy, Eifel Green, and Pale Blue. Given the traditional exterior color of “our” Valour, we've gone for a classy Ivory hue and Sport Plus seats.

Customers can also choose from six different colors for the seatbelts. Of course, it doesn't end there: Aston Martin provides buyers with an incredible amount of personalization options, including contrast stitching for the seats, embroidered Aston Martin logos on the backrests, various steering wheel trims (including Alcantara and Carbon Fiber), and several carpet options.
The gear lever can be trimmed in walnut, polished titanium, or polished aluminum. There's also a carbon fiber interior package, along with aluminum treadplates which can be finished in a bright or dark finish.
Aston Martin also offers a 110th Anniversary Pack, which bestows the vehicle with unique fender badging, sill plates, and embroidery. Of course, there are special luggage sets that can be matched to the Valour's cabin.
The combinations you can achieve extend beyond hundreds, thousands, or even millions, and we calculated close to 600 trillion combinations are theoretically possible.

The Valour is powered by a twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12 engine which develops 705 horsepower and 555 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. To keep all that muscle in check, the Gaydon-based brand will fit Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires for impeccable grip. Behind the 21-inch wheels, you'll find the carbon-ceramic brakes.
Originally, the V12 Vantage Roadster was touted as the final twelve-cylinder model from the marque. Earlier this year, the automaker unveiled the DBS 770 Ultimate, which was also powered by the iconic engine. Now, we have this. Will it be the final model? We certainly think so, especially as this isn't your average model.
The V8 will survive (for now, at least), but the company has plans to introduce electric vehicles soon, the first being an SUV that will arrive in 2025.
