Engines
The entry-level Venue Motion is the only one to be shipped with a 1.2-litre petrol engine, which provides 61kW and 115Nm.
This powertrain is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, which sends power to the front wheels and provides a fuel consumption return of 6.5l/100km. A top speed of 158km/h is also attainable in this model and 100km/h is reached in 14.2 seconds.
All other versions of the Venue come with a 1.0-litre turbocharged drivetrain, generating a higher 88kW and 172Nm.
This includes the Motion and Fluid trims, which are available either in six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic guise, as well as the top-of-the-range N-Line, which is only in auto.
Fuel consumption for the manuals is listed at the same 6.5l/100km as the Motion, however, the automatics average a slightly heavier 6.9l/100km.
As for performance, the turbocharged engine cuts down on the Venue’s sprint time, which now sits at 11.3 seconds, while its top speed is also increased to 187km/h.

Starting off with the entry-level Motion, buyers can expect manual air conditioning, cloth upholstery, rear park assist, a rear-view camera, a 4.2-inch digital driver cluster, a multifunction steering wheel, 15-inch steel wheels, and an infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.
