Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently celebrated its dealer network, acknowledging outstanding dealers for their operational excellence in delivering the ‘Best Customer Experience’. The Dealer of the Year awards ceremony gave out 7 awards, with each category showcasing the dealerships’ operational excellence in different areas. The categories include Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5Star Rater, Most Improved Dealer, and the most coveted award of the event – Dealer of the Year 2022.
The highlight of the event was the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2022 award, which was presented to Hap Seng Star Kinrara as the dealership excelled across all the touchpoints of the business to achieve the highest overall score.

For the other categories, NZ Wheels Bangsar/KL Northeast took home the Most Improved Dealer award as well the Best in Financial Services award while Cycle & Carriage N-Juru/Bukit Tengah claimed the Best in Business Excellence award. Other Hap Seng dealerships which won were Hap Seng Star Melaka for Best in Sales, Hap Seng Star Setia Alam for Best in Customer Service, while Hap Seng Star Kota Kinabalu won the category of Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) (5 Star Rater).
