KUALA LUMPUR: The Chevrolet year-end promotion that offered cash rebates of up to RM20,000 and a chance to win an all-expense trip to watch a Barclays Premier League football match was a hit among Malaysian car buyers.
The ‘Manchester United for Life’ spend and win contest offered a chance to win an all-expense trip for two to watch the Manchester United vs. Chelsea game at Old Trafford’s on December 29, 2015.
The six-days/four-nights Manchester and London trip for two persons was won by Pung Seu Kin, who bought a Chevrolet Colorado from Boston Auto Sdn Bhd, Chevrolet’s official dealer in Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu.
“Our year-end campaign was aimed at giving potential customers enticing rewards,” said Naza Quest Sdn Bhd vice president one Thoo Ai Wuen.
“We saw a significant increase in visits to our dealers. To all our customers who bought a Chevrolet, we would like to say a big thank you,” said Thoo.
“Being a Manchester United fan, the incentives and contest helped me make the decision to buy a Chevrolet,” said Pung.
“I am grateful to Chevrolet for this opportunity to see my beloved team play in Old Trafford, and I am looking forward to meeting past legends of the club at the VIP Hospitality Suite.”
On top of the cash rebate, existing Chevrolet customers also received a RM500 ‘Retention Incentive’ when they bought a new model.
